Equipment Features

Spiral welded pipe unit: Designed and manufactured by Taiyuan Heavy Machinery, it adopts a three-roll bending plate external clamping forming method. This method ensures stable forming, and the external clamping structure guarantees the geometric accuracy of the steel pipe.

• Submerged arc welding: Employs an automatic internal and external weld seam tracking system to achieve automatic real-time adjustment of weld seam offset, ensuring weld quality.

• All welding machines are Lincoln Electric welding machines from the USA, with stable heat input, capable of dual-wire welding for both internal and external welds, and undertaking the production technology of medium and thick-walled pipes.
