Standardization of galvanizing process
- Key galvanizing process data is collected in real-time and displayed on a large screen in the control room using data acquisition instruments such as pressure sensors,temperature sensors, pH probes, and flow meters. Different products have corresponding production parameter menus, and alarms are triggered when parameters exceed standard ranges. Process data, equipment operating status, and energy consumption of finished products from all production lines can be displayed on the dashboard, enabling visualized management of production operations.

Finished Product Storage
Storage Method: Indoor storage. When stacking, use wooden blocks to separate the bottom from the ground.
Place soft pads between the wooden blocks and the coated pipe to prevent scratches on the galvanized pipe surface. Finished galvanized pipes should be stacked in a cross pattern, neatly arranged, with all product labels facing one end. Different specifications of galvanized pipes must not be mixed in stacks. |
Inspection of Galvanized Steel Pipes Before Shipment
Before leaving the factory, gas pipes are inspected and recorded by designated personnel to ensure compliance with all technical requirements (appearance, zinc coating thickness, packaging, etc.). |
